STUDY ABROAD PROCESS

1. DOCUMENTS RECEIVED (DAY 1)

  • You share the complete set of your academic documents, which include a most recent and up to date CV, matric, inter, bachelor’s, master’s, or any other degree certificates and transcripts, experience letters, MoI, academic references, and your passport. These documents can be shared via WhatsApp on +44 (0) 7432 000 512 directly to our case registration and processing centre in London, UK.

2. DOCUMENTS UPLOADED TO REGISTRATION SYSTEM (DAY 2)

  • One of our admin will receive your documents, review them, and then progress your case to the next stage unless there is anything that remains outstanding.

3. CASE CREATED (DAY 3)

  • Your case will now undergo a final review before we allocate a dedicated case officer to see your case through to the end.

4. CASE REVIEW OFFICER APPOINTED (DAY 4)

  • At this point, your case officer will review your case and either submit your application to the university, or they will contact you to request further information.

5. CASE FEEDBACK PROVIDED—REQUEST FOR FURTHER DOCUMENTS OR DETAILS OR APPLICATION SUBMITTED (DAY 5)

6. UNIVERSITY CONTACTS STUDENT—VIA PHONE AND EMAIL (DAY 8/9)

  • You should receive an email from the university which contains a link to take part it, or to upload, a recorded interview. We will prepare you for the interview with a series of mock interviews until you feel you are fully ready to engage in your interview.

7. INTERVIEW PROCESS (DAY 12/13)

  • You carry out your interview which is, ordinarily, a 20-minute process, though sometimes this can go on for up to half an hour.

8. OFFER LETTER (DAY 15/18)

  • You carry out your interview which is, ordinarily, a 20-minute process, though sometimes this can go on for up to half an hour.

9. STUDENT PAYS DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM PLACE

  • Now you must pay your deposit which will secure your place on your chosen course. Usually, the university allows students a 2-week window within which to make this deposit. Following this, you must share with us a Telephonic Transfer Receipt (TTR or TTC) so we can upload this to your university file.

10. VISA PROCESS BEGINS (DAY 20)

  • You will be assisted and guided by your case officer throughout the visa process.

11. VISA CONFIRMATION (WITHIN 3-MONTHS)

  • You will be assisted and guided by your case officer throughout the visa process.

12. STUDENT PAYS BALANCE OF FIRST YEAR FEE (4-6 WEEKS BEFORE FLYING OUT TO JOIN UNIVERSITY)

  • The balance of your fee must now be deposited. This is usually deposited 4-8 weeks before you fly out to join your university.
